Can Quest International College Inc. is designated by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB). Our ESL Program is approved by PTIB.

Please note that the ESL program takes around 2 years to complete and the whole program costs approximately $5760, roughly $320-350 for every 5-6 weeks.

Before you submit this form, you must read the information about each course, especially costs, refund, length, and your rights as a student.

This form serves as an application form and student contract.

The ESL program is an approved program by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.

The Exam Preparation program does not require approval by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. As such, PTIB did not review this program. The graduates will be assessed by an authorized test centre.
